Taipei starts countdown to 2010 flora expo TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Hau Lung-bin, Mayor of Taipei City, announced yesterday the opening of the Taipei flora expo in a year or exactly 365 days. The 2010 Taipei International Gardening and Horticultural Exposition is slated to run from Nov. 6, 2010, though Apr. 25, 2011. The event will take place in 14 venues in the city.
