Chiling Lin Speaks for Olay
February 14, 2007—Famous for her pleasant appearance, quick-witted responses and sweet voice, Taiwan top model and talk show host Chiling Lin has recently been invited as the ambassador for a skin care brand, Olay.
Having got flu in Hong Kong fortnight ago, the model had to call off the scheduled work as host for the upcoming Spring Festival party in Shanghai venue. She seemed to recover well while granting an interview with sina.com currently.
Asked of her plan for tomorrow's Valentine's Day celebration, the celebrity said she has working schedule that day.
Who will be her partner when that day approaches? That is almost concern of all fans and journalists. Will the lucky guy be Jerry Yan, the rumored-boyfriend of Chiling Lin? The answer has yet to be given.
A source reveled that the figure has been caught on camera to go dating with Jerry Yan in Hollywood. Responding to this, Chiling Lin denied the hearsay.
The big name has made some 70 million Yuan (around US$9.03 million) in the past year from presenting TV programs and serving as ambassador for many brands. She bought a luxury mansion worth 50 million Yuan (around US$6.45 million). In spite of a large sum of “pocket money” for her parents, red envelops (A red envelop is a monetary gift with a red pocket outside presented on wedding reception or holidays such as Spring Festival) to her label company staff took her some million Yuan.
