China Airlines launches new 2009 calendars featuring CAL’s official face, supermodel Chiling LinChina Airlines (CAL) is launching its 2009 calendars, and once again celebrity beauty Chiling Lin is the face of the new calendar. Displaying a selection of fashion photos taken while Ms Lin flew with China Airlines, the calendar is themed “Enjoy the Moment!”, sharing her delightful travelling experiences on China Airlines.

In line with global efforts to reduce carbon emissions, CAL designed the calendar to be eco-friendly, using a bi-monthly layout with a total of six pages, half the size of last year’s calendar. The 2009 calendar features Ms Lin’s interaction with China Airlines’ flight attendants and ground staff. The calendar story begins when Ms Lin steps into the Taiwan Tao Yuan International Airport for check-in, and continues with her pleasant journey: ending with her happy arrival.

Since 2007, Ms Lin, the face of China Airlines, has been gracing the pages of the calendars to highlight CAL’s dedicated service.



China Airlines’ 2009 calendars are not-for-sale items. From December onwards, passengers who purchase CAL tickets and products online will have a chance to get a copy of the exclusive table calendar while stocks last.
