Lin Chiling endorses abortion?

Taiwan’s top model Lin Chiling’s endorsing abortion? No way! Apparently her photograph was used by a certain gynaecology in Dongwan for the promotion of painless abortion. Yesterday, (19 July 2009), Chiling (Zhi Ling) expressed through her assistant Gaby that she’ll definitely take legal actions against them.

Two years ago, Lin Chiling’s sensual promotion photographs were used by a London sexual service producer and promoted as their ‘Asian girls’. Recently, Lin Chiling’s photograph was once again used as a certain gynaecology clinic in mainland’s commercial’s lead. The commercial photograph was posted by websters but the clinic’s name was blurred and couldn’t be identified. In the advertisement, Lin Chiling smilingly stretched out her arms in coordination with the commercial slogan ‘Take note of woman’s health, stay clear of illnesses’. The advertisement even stated ‘2 minutes painless abortion at a special rate of RMB 400′. Other than Lin Chiling, this clinic’s promotions photographs also include Korean artiste Rain photo stolen for endorsement of reproductive urology and Hong Kong’s girl group Twins’ Gillian Chung’s ( Zhong Xin Tong/Ah-Jiao) photograph for dental endorsement. Gillian’s manager also expressed yesterday, ‘I will discuss this with the lawyer, to take legal actions to protect artistes’ interests.’

Yesterday, through Gaby, Lin Chiling replied in response to the gynaecological clinic’s commercial, ‘Didn’t endorse. We’ll definitely take legal actions.’

In response to the repeated piracy of photograph, Gaby said that the repeated harmful piracy of photographs did not affect Chiling’s mood. It’s believed that many artistes have experienced similar situations. As for the following actions, it depends on whether they can find this specific clinic as there are many hospitals in Dongwan.

Lin Chiling has been continually proposing the prevention of woman cancer for 5 years being the ‘6 minutes for a lifetime’ activity public ambassador, to promote woman’s health. Shockingly, Lin Chiling’s Taiwan’s promotion photo for ‘6 minutes for a lifetime’ activity was also posted on the promotion website of Dongwan’s Dong Jiang Hospital’s ‘6 minutes for a lifetime’ activity. The hospital’s Dr Li said that Lin Chiling really did endorse this activity.
