Takuya Kimura calls Lin Chi-ling a "real beauty"
A few days ago, Taiwanese model turned actress Lin Chi-ling openly showered praises on her Japanese co-star, Takuya Kimura, calling him "handsome" and "tall".
This time round, it is roles reversal with the debonair actor complimenting his onscreen lover in the ongoing drama series, Moon Lovers, in an interview with Japanese publication, Men's Non-no.
"When I first heard that she would be coming to shoot our [Smap] MV, I didn't dare believe what I heard. I felt that she is really beautiful, she's a real beauty. She's not just pretty on the outside, she is very polite too," he said.
Both Takuya and Chi-ling were dressed in matching black couple attire for the magazine's shoot. Takuya was seen caressing her waist while the Taiwanese actress gently placed her hands over his arm. Other photos featured the pair gazing lovingly at each other while lying down, with their fingers clasped tightly around each other's.
The drama, which had its debut premiere a few nights ago on Fuji TV, featured bonus behind-the-scenes clips after the first episode aired. The pair was seen behaving intimately with Takuya hugging Chi-ling's waist while laughing candidly at the camera.
According to reports, Takuya's wife, Shizuka Kudo, was jealous at the duo's on-set intimacy and made public her intentions to visit her husband at work.
Chi-ling's manager, Sammy, gave his two-cents on these rumours and said, "If there are any personal arrangements - we are not sure about it. We will concentrate on doing a good job at filming the show. We have no time to think or ask about other matters."
